Dozent: Hamish Walker, Dipl.-Ing., Trainer, Coach Inhalt: Project Management is used more and more in the commercial and industrial environment to efficiently track and complete complex tasks and projects. This is especially true in the international context, where projects are often run on a multi-national basis by internationally active companies. Although not everything with the title -project” is truly worthy of the name, project management, when properly applied, is an efficient and transparent tool to achieve complex goals within the defined time frame. Please pay attention that this workshop will be in English. Internationality will be a side issue, so that you will get an impression of working in an international team. Lernziele: The participants learn the basics of how to define, manage and implement projects successfully. With the help of group work, they become acquainted with the implementation cycle of a project and with the relevant tools to handle each phase of a project. This also includes the challenges and problems of working in and with international project teams which are located in different countries and time zones, as well as with teams consisting of different nationalities.
