Der Lehrstuhl von Herrn Prof. Dr. Gerald Adlbrecht Fachbereich Maschinenbau (Management Internationaler Projekte) bietet Studierenden die Möglichkeit an, an einem englischen Gastvortrag zum Thema "Effective Project Team Leadership in Global Environments" teilzunehmen. Gehalten wird der Vortrag von Herrn Dr. Hans Thamhain vom Bentley College in Waltham/Boston, USA.

Etwa drei bis fünf Wirtschafstjuristen können sich für diesen Vortrag am Lehrstuhl von Herrn Prof. Dr. Adlbrecht bewerben.

Opportunity for Academis Credit: Studenst will be given the opportunity to earn academic credit by writing a paper on the topic of "Effective Project team Leadership in Global Environments," bringing the lecture discussion into perspective and showcasing what they learned.


Dr. Hans Thamhain specializes in R&D and technology-based project management. He is a Professor of Management and Director of MOT and Project Management Programs at Bentley College, Waltham (Boston). His industrial experience includes twenty years of management positions with high-technology companies: GTE/Verizon, General Electric and ITT. Dr. Thamhain has written over seventy research papers and six professional reference books in project and technology management, including Management of Technology 2005. He is the recipient of the Distinguished Contribution Award from the Project Management Institute in 1998, the IEEE Engineering Manager of the Year 2000/2001 Award and the Research Achievement Award from the Project Management Institue in 2006. He is profiled in Marquis WhoŽs Who in America and certified as NPDP and PMP.
