Why AllesGelingt exists
I'm Krzysztof. In 2002 I came to Germany without a single word of German. A year later I had passed the language exam – then I studied in German and completed my master's in Human-Computer Interaction with a grade of 1.9. Fully self-financed, without student loans, without state support.
The money for that came from this site. I founded AllesGelingt in 2004 as a student project. My trick: whatever I had to learn for exams, I wrote up as a study article. Learning and earning became the same to-do list.
Since then I've worked for over 20 years as a product developer following exactly this principle – as a product owner in a startup, with UX methods in a corporation, on my own home renovation. Don't brood. Make a plan. Check it off.

Studies – without a cent of support
Goal: finish and finance a master's degree. Plan: turn every piece of study material step by step into an article and publish it. Result: a 1.9 degree – and a website that paid for the entire degree.
Work – over 20 years of product development
Working through structured plans is my job: roadmaps for two HR platforms, backlogs in Jira, releases in a Scrum team. Exactly this method now powers the AI in AllesGelingt.
Private – a house, renovated entirely myself
In 2017 I bought a house in need of renovation and modernized it myself: new heating, a 9-kWp solar system with storage, my own gym and recording room. A huge project – worked through like a big to-do list.
