Mobile applications cover multiple domains of our leisure and professional life such as commerce, learning, entertainment, and health etc.For devices containing sensitive personal information/data and accessing the Internet, security becomes nowadays a major issue. In this course, various topics will be addressed in the light of building secure mobile applications such as mobile software engineering, mobile platforms (i.e. iPhone and Android), and special categories of collaborative mobile applications based on location and context awareness, just to name some. The course targets the Masters' students and intends to address the following content: 1.
